Introduction: Admission to outpatient treatments for problematic behaviors represents a major challenge for mental health services. Methods: Customer satisfaction surveys and a retrospective, cross-sectional, descriptive analysis of patients admitted in 2023. Results: Overall, 89% of participants were satisfied with the duration of the assessment, and 67% rated their experience as excellent or very good. In 2023, 88 out of 166 (53%) participants initiated treatment, with an increase in consultations related to cocaine use and gambling disorder. A higher percentage of relevant background was observed among women. The dropout rate at 12 months was 35.2%, with a median of 82 days in treatment before voluntary withdrawal; at 18 months, the rate was 47.7%, with a median of 117 days. Substance screening results at admission and patients´ relationship status were associated with subsequent dropout.
