Perfeccionismo, malestar psicológico y autoeficacia creativa en 463 estudiantes universitarios de primer año (Argentina, 2022)

La creatividad es una habilidad crucial del siglo XXI que se puede desarrollar, aprender y mejorar, sin embargo, no se le presta demasiada atención en los currículos de grado. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las correlaciones entre la autoeficacia creativa, el perfeccionismo y el malestar psicológico en estudiantes universitarios de primer año, y analizar si las variables mencionadas predicen la autoeficacia creativa. Método: con base en estos objetivos se conformó una muestra de 463 estudiantes universitarios de primer año de entre 18 y 25 años residentes de la Ciudad de Buenos aires (CABA) y el Gran Buenos aires (GBA), quienes contestaron un cuestionario sociodemográfico, la escala casi perfecta revisada (APS-R), la escala de autoeficacia creativa (CSES) y la escala acortada de depresión, ansiedad y estrés (dass-21). Resultados: se hallaron relaciones significativas entre las tres variables y 4 predictores de la autoeficacia creativa. Discusión: los resultados fueron discutidos en relación con estudios previos, se señalan limitaciones y recomendaciones para futuras líneas de investigación.
